As a mom of two young kids, I understand how tired you are, and I am here to help. I have a true passion and belief that well-rested children are the happiest, most curious, and eager little learners. I understand that sleep is precious, and I am dedicated to guiding you through this journey.
When you entrust me as your child’s “sleep guide,” whether through working with me one-on-one or in a seminar, it’s not just a responsibility—it’s a commitment. I take this trust very seriously because I have been in your shoes.
Many parenting books and programs take a firm stance, often centered around the “cry it out” method. But I believe that your child’s sleep is paramount, and I respect your unique parenting style. The bottom line is, as parents, you need to be comfortable with your child’s new sleep plan for it to truly work.

My approach to improving your child’s sleep is simple:
Now, let’s address the big “crying” question, as it’s something that concerns many parents. I get it, and I want you to know that I am here for you.
Crying is your child’s way of expressing their feelings, especially when change is afoot. Adjusting their sleep routine might lead to some protests. I am honest about this—it’s likely that you will experience some level of protest from your child.
But please, understand that I will never ask you to leave your child to cry alone, nor will I suggest ignoring their cries. I am successful with families by working with parents to help you develop a plan that feels right for you, based on your deep understanding of your child. I am here to support you every step of the way.
